Meetings
have been on a monthly basis, usually the 2nd Tuesday of the month
at 10:00am. We have 6-8 members plus a chairperson.
Our
main activities have been finding information for and generally
working with The Housing Factor on their research project.
We
have also done some letter writing in support of Libby Davis motion
calling on the Federal Government to provide 1% of its budget for
affordable housing.We plan to write to MPPs asking them to pressure
the Provincial government to meet with Minister Allan Rock to modify
and strenghten the Canada Health Act.
